The Lounge nowadays...

I imagine that the main reason why people aren't replying to say this thread is garbage (which it is) is that they can't unsubscribe afterward.

Catfish5 is right, it's garbage. It serves no purpose and contributes nothing to the site. In other words, spam.

Yes there are tons of garbage threads in the Lounge, but at least some of them can cause semi-intelligent discussions. For example, some could consider a thread about dance music to be garbage, but it can start an intellectual discussion.

My issue with this thread is that it is no better than the spam threads we have about weight loss, movies, etc. that spring up from time to time. I'm sure most would have reported this thread as spam if it had been started by a user as their first post.
