Hi,
In boolean algebra, specifically dealing with simplifying expressions, what does
' represent?
example: (A+B)'(C+D+E)'+(A+B)'
I can't find anything reliable.
Thank you.
*EDIT*
I'm sorry. I literally just found it. It means "not" right?
