Sorry, I'm using windows 8.1, and Dev-C++.

If you are using Dev-C++ I am assuming it is the bloodshed orwell IDE and it probably has GCC with TDM. So that would be my guess though I haven't used dev-c++ IDE before so I am not positive if it comes with TDM or DW2 but it probably is TDM.

I would assume it is pretty similar to setting up a library on any other IDE though I have never used devc++ nor plan on.
