visual c++ 6.0 error on win7

im using visual c++ 6.0 on win7, when i press ctrl+f5 it said "one or more files are out of date or do not exist. Would you like to build them? ", can you show me how to fix this. Thanks

You simply press yes. I believe, I don't use MSVC++, that pressing CTRL + F5 builds the solution. That's fancy for saying it's going to compile your program for you, and run it I believe. It is saying that your files are out of date because they have been modified since the last compiling, if there even was one. So obviously, yes, you would like to build them so that it can do it's thing.
