Obviously you didn't read it:

Be precise and informative about your problem
For all we know, you are just boasting about your current project and have no issues at all.

Be explicit about your question Open-ended questions tend to be perceived as open-ended time sinks.
Alright, in all fairness, you haven't even asked a question

How are we supposed to help you?

Do you have the SFML port for your target platform:
https://github.com/Sonkun/esfml/wiki

Your best bet would be to jump over to the SFML forums and ask any SFML related questions there:
http://en.sfml-dev.org/forums/

Edit:
I was being a prick. My apologies.

thats ok but i don't have an account on the sfml forums and when i ask a question about sfml i usually get a decent response that helps me in my problems. (most of my other topics are about sfml 2.0 problems)

Why not create an account on the SFML forums? They're quite helpful, and especially because you are using SFML you should be talking to the people who regularly use it, and from what I understand, the person who wrote SFML (Laurent Gomila, goes by the name Laurent on the forum) still posts answers on the SFML forum. I don't have an answer to your question, but I'm sure they would!

Most phone apps are written in Java.
You can download https://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/studio.html
This is what I use for Android programming.

I have no idea, but just start a new thread about it. It is way more likely to get an answer.
