Math symbols in a forum?

It seems trivial to you but I didn't find a way to do it. How can I type math equations in this forum or in any forum? I know Latex but not sure if this is beneficial?

Some forums have [latex][/latex] tags. This one doesn't, so if you want mathematical symbols you'll have to get unicode characters yourself.

You can also put in a request to the admin for this feature. It actually wouldnt be that hard to implement.

How complicated an equation?

There are [sup][/sup] and [sub][/sub]

f1 = 3x2 + 4x - x;

And assorted Unicode mathematical symbols

∀request ∈ {lounge} time / difficulty3 → ζ

(this does display ok??)

N
y =  │ x2 + 3 dx
    0

(not really...)

and there's always this kind of thing

  _                 _
 /  W  np          /  W                     n0
 |    -----dx  =   |    -------------------------------------------dx
_/  0 n + p       _/  0     / E0(x - x0) \       /    E0(x - x0)\
                        exp | ---------- | + exp |  - ----------|
                            \     kT     /       \        kT    /

Just use paint (or write it down on the paper and then take a photo of it) then upload it anywhere you want and then get the image url and post it here ^_^
